概述
Introduction
GT120ZC00 箱式自動裝車系統(tǒng)是合肥固泰經(jīng)過多年研發(fā)，開發(fā)的袋裝水泥自動裝車系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了智能自動化無人裝車，可適用于多種車型，現(xiàn)場無需人員操作，操作員在觸摸屏上按下啟動按鈕后，水泥包會自動的落入理想位置，使水泥包在車廂碼放平穩(wěn)，自動化程度高。這種裝車方式，可以節(jié)省裝車的勞動力，提高裝車效率，減少搬運和裝卸過程中所造成的破袋現(xiàn)象。整個系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)合理、運行穩(wěn)定、操作簡便。

系統(tǒng)特點
Characteristics
1.對車輛的尺寸及位置采用雷達 3D 掃描，實現(xiàn)自動測量，并對位置偏差進行報警。
2.對于超長汽車采用分段碼垛技術(shù)，自動計算和控制每次碼垛數(shù)量。
3.系統(tǒng)自帶收塵器，使裝車現(xiàn)場實現(xiàn)無人、無塵裝車，有效的達到環(huán)保要求。
4.設(shè)置好裝車參數(shù)，實現(xiàn)一鍵啟動全自動裝車，裝車完成機構(gòu)自動回到初始位置。
5.系統(tǒng)自帶計數(shù)裝置，便于水泥廠對袋數(shù)的管理及監(jiān)管。
6.系統(tǒng)安裝有壓包整形裝置，將水泥包整形成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)致的形狀，可以處理異包狀況，從而有效預(yù)防卡包狀況。
7.系統(tǒng)安裝有連包檢測裝置，可以有效地解決連包問題。
8.在裝車過程中發(fā)生故障時，系統(tǒng)可自動暫停，通過觸摸屏查看故障原因并排除故障后，可繼續(xù)裝車。
9.可通過觸摸屏顯示各種狀態(tài)、故障、計數(shù)信息。

7.The driving device of the system is driven by absolute value servo motor acceleration and deceleration. It has precise front and rear operating position control, sensitive brake, and the whole drive device is durable.
8. When a fault occurs during the loading process, the system can automatically stop, and then check the fault cause through the touch screen. After troubleshooting, the system can continue to load.
9.The system can display various status, fault and counting information through the touch screen.
