GT120RZC00 機器人自動裝車系統(tǒng)是合肥固泰自動化有限公司根據(jù)水泥行業(yè)的市場行情自主研發(fā)的新一代袋裝水泥自動裝車設(shè)備。該設(shè)備實現(xiàn)了智能化無人裝車,可適用于多種車型,可以提高水泥裝車行業(yè)的自動化水平,使工人從繁重的勞動力中解放出來,提高生產(chǎn)效率和實現(xiàn)智能化生產(chǎn)。設(shè)備集成了物流分配、工業(yè)機器人、車輛輪廓檢測和水泥碼垛算法軟件等功能。GT120RZC00 robot automatic car loading system is a new generation of automatic bag cement loading equipment independently developed by Hefei Good Times Automation Co.,Ltd. according to the market situation of the cement industry.The equipment has realized intelligent unmanned loading, which can be applied to a variety of models and improve the automation level of cement loading industry, so that workers from the heayy work out, so as to improve production efficiency and realize intelligent production.The equipment integrates logistics distribution, industrial robots, vehicle contour detection and cement palletizing algorithm software and other functions.

系統(tǒng)特點
Characteristics
1. 對車輛的尺寸及位置采用雷達三維掃描,實現(xiàn)自動測量,并對位置偏差進行報警;
2. 系統(tǒng)采用先進的自主研發(fā)的集成控制系統(tǒng),自動計算和控制每次碼垛數(shù)量;
3. 系統(tǒng)采用六軸機械手作為執(zhí)行機構(gòu),自由度非常高,適應(yīng)裝車車型的種類非常廣泛,碼垛的形狀也可自由選擇;
4. 系統(tǒng)移動方式采用直接落地在地軌上行走,因此可適用超長車輛的裝車;
5.系統(tǒng)的驅(qū)動裝置,采用絕對值式伺服電機加減速機驅(qū)動,前后運行位置控制精準、剎車靈敏,整個驅(qū)動裝置經(jīng)久耐用;
6.在設(shè)置好裝車參數(shù)后,實現(xiàn)一鍵啟動全自動裝車;在正常裝車沒有報警的情況下,裝車完成機構(gòu)自動回初始位置;
7.在裝車過程中發(fā)生故障時,系統(tǒng)可自動暫停,通過觸摸屏查看故障原因,排除故障后,系統(tǒng)可繼續(xù)裝車;
8. 系統(tǒng)可通過觸摸屏顯示各種狀態(tài)、故障、計數(shù)信息;
